Came in handy last night. First time in 2015. Still added way more things after these pics.

Kinja'd!!!

I wish I had a good set of S6 wheels or something. Not sure any wheel looks good on this gen A6.

Yep. I've been that guy, too. Station wagons are just useful. That's it.

Heck yeah buddy. We are going to different places tomorrow for shelving and desks. Those long boxes will go right in perfect

Were loading up the wagon today to head out of town. It will be interesting to see if we can fit everything we need. With small kids, all bets are off. Fortunately we have a cargo box if it gets too cramped.

those cargo boxes are so good. Once the cargo box we have on top of an XC60 on the showroom floor gets discontinued, my boss says I can have it. Audi with a Volvo box = win :] Even with your kids, it's all basic Tetris strategy.

Its a lot easier in the cruiser, but 13 mpg vs 45+ mpg....hmmmm.

These wheels look good on the car. Not too big that you get an uncomfortable ride on uneven roads, not too flashy to stand out just right for the car.

I know, I know. And If were were doing some exploring I would bring it, but $.18 a mile verses $.06 and we are driving 650+ miles round trip.

16 seem to small to me though. Maybe on CL there are some chear new model Audi 17 inch take offs for sale. With that, I can keep a good sized tire for comfort

My baby girl has 16" wheels (interesting fact, the Skoda Superb Mk2 is an Audi A6/VW Passat).

Kinja'd!!!

You can get 17, 18 and 19" wheels but the 19" five a far too stiff a ride, 18" are okay but I get a good comfortable ride on 16" as they just soak the bumps. Saying that U.K., European and U.S. are quite different.

17" might be a right balance for your Audi.

Sorry, my bad the platform is the A6 PQ46 which it shares with the VW Passat Mk6 and not the car the A6. But they do share other things.

She's only a 1.4TSi but she does great and only 'sluggish' at low speeds up hill but drop her down a gear and she's good. Soaks up the miles like driving a sofa.

niiice! I wonder if it's the same color code. I have the 2.8L 30 valve petrol. It has ok punch on high up on the revs be a bit sluggish at low speeds. But like you said, they cruise incredible. A bit understeery but traction for days

She'll sit at 70mph all day if needed and won't whimper. I get about 42mpgUK (35mpgUS) from her nicely.

It'll be a shame to see her go next year when we get the Mk3 Superb but she's been a real pleasure.
